LipidQuant 2.1
We proudly announce the release of new version of LipidQuant 2.1. The key differences in comparison to the previous version are the implementation of both Type I and Type II isotopic correction, new algoritm for peak assignment, and applicability for all vendors on condition that the data format is followed. The use of LipidQuant 2.1 is limited to workflows based on the lipid class separation (HILIC, UHPSFC, and NP) coupled with high-resolution MS (typically QTOF). The revised version of manuscript is under consideration in Chemometrics and Intelligent Laboratory Systems.

LipidQuant 1.0
Here we offer to the lipidomic community the LipidQuant 1.0 tool for automated data processing in the lipidomic quantitation based on lipid class separation coupled with high-resolution mass spectrometry (MS), e.g., hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography (HILIC), ultrahigh-performance supercritical fluid chromatography (UHPSFC), or normal-phase (LC) liquid chromatography. The advantage of lipid class separation workflows for the lipidomic quantitation is the coionization of lipid class internal standards with analytes from the same class, which guarantee the robust quantation in line with MS recommendations. The individual steps in the LipidQuant 1.0 workflow are explained in the paper published in Bioinformatics on September 8, 2021.
The LipidQuant 1.0 processing tool and the preprint of manuscript are available on:
